One
of the medical doctor in Europe there, which is we not necessarily call it's (the
name, tells if minimum of 3 just sunnah is taken care, practiced every day, they
said would hardly takes care of health. Sunnah eats, sleep and urinates and
defecates. We will
decompose one after another in a word meant by this medical doctor.
Sunnah
urinates for example urine with position of cringing, not urine standing. If
urine standing, surely less cleanness. There are still rest of secretory urine,
although have been ascertained nothing that droops because there are still many
remains from channel urinary bladder. When sujud, if urine stood, will feel
there is thing dropping, rest of urine that is less cleanness. With cringing, squatting,
for certain all rest of urines will go out. More than anything else if follow
order fikih, namely clearing throat 3 times, and massages privy parts bar.
Insya Allah altogether would be complete (from Muinul mubiin book).
Didn't hesitate again pants or case to be used sholat. Besides, with urine
which leak, complete of cleanness, will restrain from azab grave. Did you
remember the prophet may Allah be blesses him, had stated if most Azab grave
from the problem of sholat neglected and the problem of urine that is less
cleanness?
Umar
radium, in a hadith expressed if s (he have ever been prohibited by Rasulullah
(pbuh) when urine standing. Yes Umar.. Lanthanum tabuulu Qoiman. After the
time of that, Umar bin Khattab radium, never again urine standing.
The
second of Sunnah even eats. Rasulallah (pbuh) teaches that we to eat by hand
directly, with finger which directly touch's a food, would easy to be known
does eat that still hot or have been cool. Moreover, finger by own hand we can
release certain enzyme of which is easy rots food. Earns we are test self food
touched by finger and spoon, will surely be quicker decayed, if it is touched
by our hand finger. This it is of course hardly good to our digestion. So
stomach is not too "fatigue" works. It's (the Sunnah is also we start
with three fingers.
